We’re on a path to £50M annual revenue and raising £1M a year for wildlife by 2030, building global growth with a focus on the UK and US. Having spent 10 years building products people love, we’re now building it into a brand that moves people — and shifting from a product-led business to a community-first one.

Elizabeth Scarlett began with Lizzie's love of painting and wildlife, and a dream to bring more beauty and joy into people's everyday lives. A decade in, we're a team of forty, stocked everywhere from Fortnum & Mason to John Lewis, and still founder-owned — no PE, no VC, no compromise on what matters.
Alex (Lizzie's husband & CEO) joined in 2020, bringing his background in scaling purpose-driven businesses. Together, they've blended Lizzie's artistic vision with Alex's strategic grounding to grow to a team united by joy, craftsmanship, and a shared mission to protect wildlife. A decade in, Elizabeth Scarlett is still guided by that same instinct and optimism, proving that when creativity meets purpose, magic happens.
Every piece we make gives back. 2% of every sale goes directly to wildlife conservation partners working on the ground — from the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust protecting orphaned elephants in Kenya, to Blue Marine Foundation safeguarding turtle hatchlings in the Dutch Caribbean. By 2030, we've committed to donating £2 million to wildlife conservation. We're well on our way.
Our new HQ is the beating heart of what we do. While we love coming together, we are a hybrid-first company who only asks our team to meet in person once a week as standard, depending on your role.
Based in Potters Bar (just 24 minutes from King's Cross), we've built our dream office, a light-filled, purpose-built space next door to our warehouse, transformed from an old industrial building with the biggest, most beautiful windows you can imagine. It's bright, creative, and full of the energy that makes Elizabeth Scarlett, Elizabeth Scarlett.
